Igor Belomitcev

Born in 1966 in Nizhniy Novgorod (Russia). In 1989 he graduated from the Budapest University of Economics with the speciality «Foreign trade». In 1992 he gained a degree of Master of banking business from Stockholm University (Sweden). In 2003-2006 took special courses on management skills development arranged for managers of Volksbank in Vienna (Austria).
He began his banking career at Mezobank Rt. Ltd. (Budapest, Hungary) as management liquidity assistant in business policy department, and soon headed the treasury division. In 1997 - 2001he was a head of treasury at Erste Bank Hungary Rt. (Budapest, Hungary) and was responsible for treasury operations, risk management, liquidity, assets, trade operations and investment. From July 2001 to September 2007 he has been in charge of treasury division and investments at Magyarorszagi Volksbank Rt. (Budapest, Hungary). At the same time he was a member of the internal banking assets and liabilities committee, tariff committee and project group on acquisition of new banks in Ukraine. In September 2007 he was appointed to the position of OTP Bank Member of the Board.
